You will be charged a standard fee based on the account type and number of active users registered to your account on the last day of the calendar month.

The fees charged will be displayed on the InfoEase web site.

VAT is payable on all invoiced amounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any accounts which fail to comply with these payment terms. Suspension or cancellation will not occur without contact and prior attempts at resolution.

Fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel the service at any time by writing to InfoEase Ltd at the registered address.

A 30 day notice period will apply from the letter date.

We reserve the right to cancel the service at any time with 90 days written notice with the following exceptions

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account on non-payment of fees, where reasonable attempts at payment resolution have failed.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account where it is deemed that misuse, abuse or other serious breach of the terms and conditions of use have occurred.

All working data held under your account will be deleted upon cancellation, except for information which need to be retained for our financial recording.
