A typical weekly timesheet from the self-service section of our software

This is a typical weekly timesheet view for an employee.

The view shows a list of all the shifts that have been entered for this week showing details such as start and end time, activity type, payment type and the name of the job or project.

A summary showing the total time claimed for the week, listed by payment type is shown at the bottom of the screen.

Below the list of shifts, a timesheet entry form allows you to record details of a new shift and submit the record to the timesheet.

If no timesheets have been entered yet for the week selected, the user can choose between recording a single shift or the employee can record an absence where the absence has occurred for the whole week. This allows for fast entry of annual leave or sickness absences.

Employees can use the My Timesheets section of the navigation menu to quickly select a new week close to the currently selected week. This allows rapid navigation between weeks without having to return to the timesheet calendar view.
